HOME TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS Welcome to the HTA. This Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your relationship with the Home Technology Association LLC (“HTA”).

By uploading content to the HTA website, you confirm that you own the rights to the content and have obtained all necessary permissions for any individuals, locations, photographs, videos, or intellectual property depicted. You grant HTA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and distribute your content for purposes related to HTA’s operations, including website display, marketing, and educational materials. This license may be sublicensed to HTA's partners and affiliates.

You understand that uploaded content may be publicly visible, and while HTA will respect removal requests, previously published materials may remain available. To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights associated with your content for the purposes outlined in this agreement.
