Customer service, responsiveness, and family are at our core.  We couldn’t provide the level of quality we do were it not for our amazing team of people, which really IS a family.  At first our mission statement makes people turn their heads, but we always say that "Our Clients do NOT come first. Our people do. Because without great people, we wouldn't have anyone to give our clients great service.”   It’s the best way we know how to put our clients first.   Most of the people in our company have been with us for a very long time, or since its inception 15 years ago, and we have little to no turnover.  Our clients love seeing the same technician show up to their home that installed their system 10 years ago.  Our family-centric company culture keeps our amazing team together which allows us to produce amazing results.  On top of having some of the most talented engineers in the country at PM, we all share a passion and love for bringing amazing technology into our clients homes.

The Vision for the company has never been about ego. Its always been about our employee happiness first, following quickly by our clients. Our growth has been 100% organic from day 1 as we've had no investors, and no capital injection to create our growth. Its all word of mouth. So if that means we're a $5M company - great. If that means we're a $10M company great. At whatever size we are, I just want to make sure we are excelling at everything we do.

Service – nothing matters more. At the end of the day, all capable integrators sell pretty much the same equipment. Therefore the service behind the product is what matters the most. Precision Media was started 15 years to fill what we felt was a void in the market, which was a lack of quality "after the sale" service. It seemed like companies got paid, and then the service level dropped. For 15 years, no matter how small a project, we have been there to take care of everyone as we want to be their technology partner for life. While it’s the right thing to do, it also shows our long-term view of our business as it is 100% referral and our marketing budget is $0. Its rare these days to find a company that does what it says it’s going to do and exceeds expectations set, and that’s what we strive to do every day. New as of 9/2020, our new Service Dept was launched providing a dedicated "on-call" support staff after hours, weekends, and holidays.
