Pat Mulligan VP/CTO served 8 yrs as a Sat. Communications Specialists with the US ARMY Special Forces Robin Sage group Ft. Bragg and is currently an active member with the US Air force Auxiliary (CAP) as a Capt. with Maui 057 Squadron. He also graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology with a BS in electronics engineering before joining the PAC team and his brother Phil.
