Company description: 

Synergy- Custom Technology Solutions was founded in 2014 by CEO Aaron Howell and Jeremy Rearden, CTO, who each have 15 years or more of experience in the audio, video, lighting, automation, and networking fields. The entrepreneurs quickly made waves in the A/V and construction industry in SWFL. They have received multiple “Sand Dollar” Awards, given after a rigorous judging process of professionals. Awards include: “Best Smart Home” in both the 1.25-1.5 million, and 2-2.5 million dollar categories, “Best Specialty Feature” for a 15 foot custom designed and installed mirror TV wall. Jeremy Rearden was recognized in the the 2017 40 under 40 class by Business Observer, highlighting young business people between Tampa and SWFL.
